My name is Tri Nguyen, (I go by TR) I'm a president of this company, and I love creating colorful and unique storefront signs for all.
As a young kid, I was always fascinated by small physical objects and loved fixing and mending things. I could easily build a toy house or repair my bicycle without getting bored.
Soon enough, this enthusiasm for tinkering mixed with my family’s business expertise in making signs. It was only natural then that I was great at creating banners and projects at school.
Anything that involved building, hand coordination, and a few pieces of metal and plastic fascinated me to no end. After high school, I aimed to get a higher degree in Structural Engineering to further my passion. However, I found the subjects too tricky and limiting to my creativity and dropped out.
After that, I went to technical college learning in the construction business and even experimented with multiple sign software. Ironically, designing signage was in my genes, and I just hadn’t realized it!
I went to LRE Channel letters bending school at Eastern Washington and got a special training from the professional Masters. I studied CorelDraw for design, FlexiSign Pro for vinyl graphic plotter machine cutting, Neon Wizard for vector outlines layout, SheetCam for CNC G-Codes generator, and Mach3 CNC Cutting. All of these software helped me specialize in creating premium quality channel letter signs for my clients.
With this newly developed software knowledge and extremely handy skills, I started my own signage company in 1998. I found my life’s passion in building storefront signs of all different kinds, shapes, colors, and lighting options!

The acquisition of the necessary sign permits can be some of the most challenging aspects of a sign project and requires thorough preparation, attention to detail and a working knowledge of the sign codes involved. Our company is licensed and bonded in any municipality we work in.
Our project managers oversee the complexities of everything from sign surveys, recommendations, permits, sign acquisition and installation. This means you have the time to focus on growing your business. As part of our sign project management services we offer personal signage consultation.

This contract constitutes the entire agreement unless otherwise noted herein. There are no other verbal or implied agreements.
Changes must be made in writing and must be signed by customer, salesperson and Lit Sign official acceptance. Any drawings become part of this contract upon their signature by purchaser. Any change made by the customer after the execution of this contract for work that is already in progress will be billed in addition to the agreed contract amount.
All invoices are due upon presentation and are considered past due in ten days unless prior arrangements are made in writing. All overdue payments shall be subject to interest at the rate of 12% per month. Payments apply first to finance charges, then to invoices. In the event legal action is required for collection, reasonable attorney fees and collection costs shall also be payable. Lit Sign-maintains or is granted ownership in or signs or products we are installing until paid in full, and has the right to repossess and hold such property for payment, including reinstall charges, if applicable.
Lit Sign is hereby granted a security interest in the above-described product(s) to secure any amounts owed to Lit Sign under the term of this agreement and other future indebtedness. A photocopy of this security agreement may be used as a financing statement for the purpose of filing security agreement the Washington State Dept. of Licensing. This is a security agreement under the U.C.C. of Washington
Payments in excess of $1,000.00 paid by credit card will be charged a 2.5% processing fee.
Prices quoted do not include state and local sales taxes/ and or taxes/ fees for necessary permits and engineering drawings.
All installation hours are quoted as "Standard" hours - Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 7pm Any installation outside these "Standard" hours, require over time rates.
Unless otherwise agreed, terms are 50% at the time of the order and balance due at the time of installation.
SELLER will only make electrical connections to circuit that meet National Electrical Code specification. The electrical circuit must be in place within 6’0" of the sign placement and must have unobstructed accessibility at the time the sign is installed. The electrical circuit for the sign display must be not supply any load and must have a solid ground path. Electrical circuit not meeting the above criteria will require connection by others. All signs are manufactured to operate on 110 voltage power unless otherwise specified. Prices for concrete bases are calculated on 3000 P.S.I. and normal soil conditions.
Warranty-All signs are warranted for 5 years against defects in workmanship, 3 years on electrical parts, 90 days on electrical labor.
Lit Sign Manufacturing warrants that Front Lit Letters, Front & Back Lit Letters, Front Lit Logo Shapes Sign, and Front & Back Lit Logo Shapes Sign will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. Should there be a malfunction covered under this warranty, the buyer must notify Lit Sign prior to taking any action. To proceed with any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying Lit Sign automatically voids any warranty. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, Lit Sign, at its option, will: Lit Sign tests and inspects all signs for proper operation prior to shipment. In addition, all signs are shipped in packaging that meets or exceeds industry standards for common carrier shipment. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to inspect the packaging for any damage prior to accepting shipment. If packaging is damaged — inspect all contents for damages before signing. In the event that shipping damage is determined, it is the responsibility of the customer receiving the shipment to file a claim with the carrier and notify by email LitSignTonight@gmail.com or call 1 (866) 436-2066. Any damages incurred between shipment from our plant and final destination will not be the responsibility of Lit Sign Manufacturing, but will fall on the carrier. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from acts of God, accidental negligence, vandalism or misuse. These warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use, installation or care. Lit Sign shall not be obligated under this warranty. The above warranties are given by Lit Sign with respect to this product and its related items in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied.
