LED Channel Letter Signs

Front-lit, halo-lit, front & back-lit, stainless steel and custom channel letters – built in our Renton, Washington shop for businesses and sign companies.

Channel letters are individual, three-dimensional letters that are lit from the inside by LEDs. We form every letter on a fully automatic Accubend system, then finish it with a LetterLok 4000, a heavy-duty Tennsmith brake and a CNC machine – up to 200 letters a day. LED illumination is included, our channel letters are UL listed, and they come with a 5-year warranty.

Type 1: Front-lit channel letters

FRONT LIT / STANDARD CHANNEL LETTERS (LED illumination included)

Are individual aluminum formed letters with an automatic computerized bending machine system. this type of letters can be internally lit or non-lit. Made in a wide variety colors, backing & return are constructed from a pre-finished aluminum sheets and coils. Letters depth are commonly 3 or 5" An acrylic face is placed over the letter to enclosed it. LED can be used to lit the letters

Type 2: Reverse / halo-lit channel letters

REVERSE LIT / HALO LIT CHANNEL LETTERS (LED illumination included)

Are individual computerized machine formed letters. The opaque color acrylic face is glued to the trimcap to form the face, and secure to close the face with self tapping screws. (no light can go through the front face) And clear polycarbonate back revets to the return These letters illuminated from the back of the letters. The light from inside transfers through the clear back, and cast onto the wall giving the letter a hallo effect.

Are combination of both types of letters above. These letters are also fabricated with pre-finished aluminum, front acrylic face, and clear polycarbonate cover the back. These letters giving front and back illumination. Benefit of this type is can provide two different source of light colors.

This channel letter has a solid stainless steel face & return, and thick clear acrylic back. This clean, polished design is perfect for indoor or outdoor display. It can be flush mounted on the facade of a building or mounted on a 1.5” stand-off support.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between front-lit and halo-lit channel letters?

Front-lit letters have a translucent acrylic face, so the LEDs light up the face of each letter. Halo-lit (reverse-lit) letters have an opaque face and a clear polycarbonate back, so the light shines onto the wall and creates a halo effect. Front & back-lit letters do both and can use two different light colors.

Do you sell wholesale channel letters to sign shops?

Yes. We build finished signs for businesses and wholesale channel letters for sign companies across the Northwestern states and Canada. Front-lit and front & back-lit letters and logo shapes are warranted for 5 years from the date of shipment.

What warranty comes with your channel letters?

Our channel letters are UL listed. Signs are warranted for 5 years against defects in workmanship, 3 years on electrical parts and 90 days on electrical labor.

How deep are channel letters?

Letter depths are commonly 3 or 5 inches. Backs and returns are made from pre-finished aluminum sheets and coils in a wide variety of colors.
